Shipping & Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, your order will be shipped with tracked and insured delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: 8–12 business days after processing*

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Naysu is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs & Duties

Depending on your country, additional customs fees or import duties may apply. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@naysu.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
